Bimini Square is a new mixed-use destination in Cape Coral, Florida, blending residential, commercial and lifestyle offerings in a location poised for transformation. We were brought in to establish a visual point of view that could elevate the brand’s perception while aligning with the sensibilities of its future residents and visitors. The result is an identity system that communicates sophistication, warmth and a distinctly coastal sensibility.

Created to feel both at home in its environment and aspirational in tone, the identity draws on the lifestyle that defines the region — from boating and open water to sunsets, rich foliage and a rhythm shaped by nature. A series of custom illustrated motifs paired with a restrained palette and modern mark help express a destination that feels effortless, vibrant and ready to welcome what’s next.
