The Montecito Collection

Stack of Montecito Collection magazines on a black leather surface, featuring editorial design for a luxury real estate publication.

Tuo Studio collaborated with Riskin Partners Estate Group to design The Montecito Collection—an annual publication that captures the sophistication and character of Montecito. Centered around the firm’s exclusive listings and complemented by stories of local restaurants, boutiques, and community initiatives, the piece brings together property, place, and purpose in a single elevated experience.

Creating a timeless editorial expression for a luxury audience.

Our first objective was to establish a compelling cover impression. With diverse photography shaping each cover, we recognized the need for a dynamic system that ensures both flexibility and consistency across current and future volumes.
